Suffering from gas problem

Here are two home remedies to ease your pain.

1)       In a pan dry roast ajwain (1 tsp.) then add salt and eat this with warm one glass of water. Thrice a day.
2)       In a pan add 3 tsp of ghee and when ghee is hot add 5-6 fresh garlic. Roast till golden brown. Turn-off the heat add salt and mix well. Now eat this with boiled white rice. 

These remedies will reduce your pain. However, you still have the pain then please consult your Doctor immediately.
